I’ve been focusing most of my time lately on piecing all of the interior together. First installed the radio and stereo system components, then moved on to the seats, and dash. Fabricated a cup holder and speaker box center console as well. All in all it’s coming along nicely.

Got her up and running thanks entirely to my mechanic buddy Micah. Needless to say there were lots of problems. Some bad grounds, a fuel leak in one of the injectors, some bad relays, and timing needed to be adjusted. Needless to say all of that was way above my pay grade. So thankful for Micah stepping in and sorting all of it out. It wasn’t a smooth process; here are a few videos to shown the progression as Micah corrected the timing and the ECU smoothed out the idle.

The tonneau cover arrived on Sunday and we mocked it up to check out how it looked. Quality piece for only a couple hundred bucks. Definitely satisfied with the pick up. 

Waiting on my mechanic buddy to stop by to add fluids, wire the fan, and turn over the engine. In the meantime pulled the bed, hood, and fenders back off to further prep them for paint.
